How Do You Photograph a Grandmother Magnet?

How do you photograph a grandmother magnet, i.e. a young baby?

"Precious Dreams". Photos of sleeping baby, photo of baby face and hands

Be aware of baby’s happiest time of day.

Shoot images of your young subject asleep and awake.

"At Rest with Mama". Baby sleeping on mother's hands. Baby hands, lips

Decide on your lighting and props ahead of time.

Make sure baby’s mama is nearby with food, hugs and dry diapers.

"Baby in White". Photo of baby in white blanket, baby eyes, nose and lips

Finally, enjoy your time together.

This little masterpiece designed by God will change in just a matter of days.  Capture the moments while you can!

The subject in these photos is our youngest grandson, Andy.  He is definitely a magnet for this grandmother!
